Todd Norman is the founder and owner of Cutting Edge Sports Training, Inc., a specialized sport-specific training company located in Rancho Santa Margarita, Ca.  He is a former collegiate athlete who played Inside Linebacker for the University of Nevada, where he proved his commitment to academics by receiving the award of “Senior Scholar Athlete” in 1994. He has been training athletes since 1996 and for three years was the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach for the NHL’s Mighty Ducks of Anaheim. Among the many top athletes, high school and collegiate teams Todd has trained over the years, he has been the exclusive trainer to top athletes such as World #1 Ranked tennis star Lindsay Davenport, NHL All-Star Paul Kariya, NFL Quarterback Mark Sanchez, UFC Fighters Anderson Silva, Mark Munoz, and Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira, MLB 2X World Series Champion Skip Schumaker, and AMA Supercross racers Ryan Dungey and Marvin Musquin.


Todd has earned a Master's Degree in Kinesiology from Cal State Fullerton, is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist by the National Strength and Conditioning Association, and is certified in exercise nutrition by Precision Nutrition. His post-graduate emphasis of study was on exercise physiology, biomechanics, and sport psychology.  In addition to his extensive academic background and experience training athletes for performance, he has gained education and work experience in athletic training and in-patient/out-patient physical therapy, giving him the knowledge and ability to work with all levels of fitness and post-rehabilitation clients.  Todd has been a Master Nike Sparq Trainer and top consultant to Nike and SPARQ for several years, and is now regarded as a top consultant in the Nike Trainer Network.


Todd has earned a 2nd Degree Black Belt in Kenpo Karate,  and is a frequent presenter at local universities, coaches’ clinics and conditioning camps on specialized sports training methods. He was the Regional Director for “Scout Camp” LA (professional football scouting combine), and has helped conduct and organize many combine testing events for Nike, Student Sports, and SPARQ.  He also has extensive experience in providing private and group fitness training, as well as boot camp style classes for all levels of fitness.  Todd has also written and produced several training videos on athletic development and sport-specific training, all of which can be found on

Morgan Miracle is a sports performance trainer for Cutting Edge Sports Training. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Physical Therapy at Whittier College in May 2020. Morgan played NCAA Women’s Lacrosse all four years. She also played lacrosse on a CIF championship team in high school, winning in 2015. Also during her lacrosse career, Morgan was awarded player of the tournament in 2014, when she was a sophomore. Morgan has participated in several lacrosse tournaments around the nation. She has been trained extensively as a high school and collegiate athlete.


In addition to Morgan’s studies in Kinesiology, she is a Certified Personal Trainer through the American Council of Exercise (ACE) and also a Certified Sports Performance Coach through the National Sports Performance Association (NSPA).


In college, she also worked as a Physical Therapist Aide at a Physical Therapy clinic in Yorba Linda, for two years. When Morgan was a senior in college, she did her Senior Thesis on knee replacements due to osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis. Due to this type of research and degree, she has an extensive understanding of anatomy and exercise physiology.
