Lifestyle Nutrition
Through
many years of experience working with thousands
of clients who wish to drastically change the
way they look and feel, we have found proper exercise
and conditioning is only most effective when accompanied
with a well-rounded diet. The diet plan
must provide the correct amount of micronutrients
(vitamins and minerals) for healthy bones, joints,
and organs, and the correct amount of macronutrients
(carbs, fats and proteins) to provide the right
amount of energy for training and recovery.
Therefore, in order to achieve optimal results
in the quickest time possible, The
Cutting Edge utilizes a registered
dietician, Chuck Rudolph, to advise and monitor
our clients nutrtional needs.
Our
program starts off with a complete analysis of
one's fitness related goals, current body weight
and percent fat, girth measurements, and basal
metabolic rate. We then analyze the individual's
current dietary intake including average daily
calories, percentage comparison of carbs, fats
and proteins, and one's overall intake of essential
vitamins and minerals.
Based
on the individual's goals and the type of training
program they will be performing, Chuck designs
a personal meal plan strategy that is effective,
realistic and easy to follow. Most of the
clients and teams training with The
Cutting Edge utilize Chuck's services
and have found it to be the difference-maker in
their quest to success. Under Chuck's guidance,
we can also arrange for in-home food delivery
for those who request it. Chuck is also
available to accompany clients to the grocery
store and show them how to shop for the foods
they need in their specific diet plan.
