The Cutting Edge training facility is 14,000 sq.ft. We have a full weightroom with free weights, kettlebells, bench presses, Olympic platforms and more. We also have an upstairs cardio room that has treadmills and elliptical machines.

Driving Directions

Cutting Edge Sports Training is located just off the 5 Freeway in Lake Forest. It is within minutes of the Irvine Spectrum and John Wayne Airport and is surrounded by shopping malls, hotels, beaches, and many popular attractions in Southern California.

From the 5 North (coming from San Diego), exit Lake Forest and go right. Make a left on Aspan (2nd stop light). Turn left on Lambert St. and drive straight ahead in the business park to the end and you will see Cutting Edge Sports Training.

From the 405 or 5 South (coming from L.A.), exit Lake Forest and go Left. Proceed across freeway bridge and make a left on Aspan (3rd stop light). Turn left on Lambert St. and drive straight ahead in the business park to the end and you will see Cutting Edge Sports Training.
