Lets see what you've got!
The Cutting Edge Performance Evaluation identifies all components of an athlete's current conditiioning level. Specific tests utilized are dependent on the athletes age, sport, position, performance goals and current conditioning level. Testing may include:
-Body Composition
-Range of Motion
-Postural Analysis
-Power, Speed, and Agility
-Strength, Edurance, & Balance
-Aerobic & Anaerobic Capacity
-Computerized Dietary Analysis

You're Only As Strong As Your Weakest Link
Therefore, it is critical to identify your physical weaknesses and imbalances that may inhibit your performance or lead to injury. For example, maybe you are very strong but lack explosive speed and power. You might have one leg stronger and larger than the other, or one hip significantly tighter than the other. Likewise, one may have postural abnormalities such as rounded shoulders, flat feet, scoliosis or a significant leg length discrepency. An analysis of your current training program may explain why you have developed specific weaknesses, imbalances and/or postural abnormalities. |

Where do you rank amongst the competition?
Athletes are evaluated using performance profiles and norms that identify where they rank in comparison to other athletes of similar ages, sports, and/or levels. Specific goals for improving in all areas are then established and targeted within the training program. |
Post Test Analysis
Upon completion of the program, athletes are post-tested and provided a graphical analysis of the changes that have occured throughout their training. This is important to see what gains have been achieved and which areas still need further improvement. Likewise, new goals are set for the next training period. |
