Drill of the Week

Every week on KDOC TV, you can see Todd Norman present the "Cutting Edge Drill Of The Week" during the live airing of Southern California's most comprehensive high school sports show, "Friday Night Lights."  This show airs every Friday night at 11 p.m., and on replay Saturday nights at 6 p.m.  This weekly feature also airs on Southern California's local satellite sports station KVMD at 6 p.m. on Sundays and 6 p.m. on Wednesdays.  Each week, Todd and one of his clients demonstrates a different sport-specific exercise and reviews the proper form and application.  This segment runs several times a week throughtout Southern California and can be seen only on Friday Night Lights.  Check your cable/satellite listings for local channel information of go to http://www.aimsports.tv/ for more detailed information.
